Montreal and Quebec - A French Connection Getaway

Day 1:
Our tour begins as we board our deluxe motorcoach and travel north to Montreal. Lunch stop at personal expense. Late afternoon check in at our hotel. Following dinner at a local bistro, we will see "Montreal-by-Nite" from the top of Mont Royale. This will be a breathtaking view of the city’s night lights and a perfect opportunity for picture taking from the top of this historical site. Return to hotel for a good nights rest. (D)

After breakfast, we will check out of our hotel and depart on a guided bus tour of greater Montreal including a visit to Notre Dame! Time for lunch on own in old Montreal before departing for Quebec City. Following our check in at the hotel, we will enjoy dinner at a local bistro. After dinner, we will board the Quebec Ferry and cross the majestic St. Lawrence River and see "Quebec-by-Nite". Back on shore, we will enjoy a ride to the top of the cliff in the Funiculaire glass elevator for a breathtaking view of the city.Here we will have excellent picture taking at Dufferin Terrace at the base of Chateau Frontenac. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before boarding the bus for our guided tour of this beautiful city. Our tour will continue on to the Beaupre coast with a tour of the copper museum. The morning will also include a visit to The Shrine of Ste-Anne De Beaupre and The Montmorency Waterfall Park. We will top off the morning with a stop at Marie’s Bread Ovens where we will have a taste of this oven baked bread. Time in Old Quebec for lunch on own and exploring the area. Return to the hotel to relax prior to departing for dinner at Huron Village. (B, D)

Breakfast at the hotel prior to our check out. This morning we will enjoy a guided bus tour of Greater Quebec City with lunch on our own before departing for Vermont. Later afternoon arrival in Burlington , VT. for our overnight stay. Dinner included at the hotel. (B, D)

Following breakfast, we depart for home taking with us memories of our Montreal/Quebec French Connection Getaway. Lunch stop personal expense. (B)
