Pickup Location Information
Important:
We request that you be at your pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time listed on your trip itinerary. Should you wish to board the coach at one of the other locations listed for a trip, you must call the office immediately and make the change.
Please note that not all pick up locations are offered on all trips, check with our office.
Millville:
Burger King parking lot, High Street, Wheaton Plaza. Park at end of the lot towards the bank.
Vineland:
Forman Mills parking lot on Delsea Dr. Park in the middle of the lot between Wawa and the Save A Lot store.
Elmer:
Elmer Diner parking lot on Route 40. Park in the back of the lot by the light pole that has two lights on it.
Woodstown:
Wood Lanes Bowling Alley parking lot on Rt 40. Please park on the Rt 40 side of the lot facing Sunoco.
Pennsville:
Franklin Bank on Marginal Street across from Pennsville Shopping Ctr. Please park close to the traffic light end on the Rt. 49 side of Marginal St.
Malaga:
(Limited Trips)
CVS Pharmacy Exit 39A off of Route 55 located at Rts 40 & 47 in Malaga, across the street from Wawa. Please park in the back of the building.
Beckett:
(Trips using John Barry Bridge & Phila. Airport) Rt 295, exit # 10.
Trips traveling further north we stop at Gibbstown. We do not stop at both Beckett & Gibbstown. Park in the Village Center parking lot, between Applebee’s and the Village Inn Restaurant which is located in the strip mall. Please park in the lot closer to the Village Inn.
Gibbstown:
(Trips traveling to Phila & north) Gibbstown Shopping Center (ShopRite), Route 295, exit #17. Park in the first line of spaces from Harmony Rd. in front of ShopRite.
Mt. Laurel:
(Trips traveling north)
HML (Hotel Mt Laurel) Rt. 73 north, between the turnpike entrance and Rt. 295, exit 36A. Park in the back lower parking lot away from the building. Please DO NOT wait in the hotel lobby.
Important Note:
Parking is generously allowed by local businesses in your community. However, neither C and Bea Tours nor the lot owners assume any responsibility for cars parked at these locations. We strongly recommend not leaving your car parked on overnight trips. Please have someone drop you off and pick you up, or make arrangements to have your vehicle picked up during the trip and returned the day the trip returns.
Motorcoach Policy: All C and Bea Tours feature a "No Smoking Policy" on board the motorcoach. Assigned seating is determined by the date your payment (not your reservation) is received. On overnight tours a daily seat rotation policy will be in effect at the direction of your tour escort. In fairness to all, no exceptions should be expected.
